One-of-a-kind pieces

Because every piece is a genuine antique and one of a kind, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read each piece's description and measurements carefully, and reach out with any questions before you buy.

Returns

If there is a problem with your piece, please contact us at elizabeth@elizabethngo.com within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right. Pieces must be returned unworn and in their original condition. Because of the unique nature of antique jewelry, custom-resized pieces are final sale.

Ring resizing

Rather than returning a ring that doesn't fit, many rings can be resized for $40 (about 4 weeks). Email us and we'll help.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned piece is received and inspected. Original shipping is non-refundable.
