Shipping Policy

Processing time

Each piece is carefully checked and packaged before it ships. Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. If a piece needs resizing before shipping, additional time applies (see below).

Shipping & tracking

We ship within the United States with tracking and insurance. Shipping is calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

International shipping

We are happy to ship internationally. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

Ring resizing

Many rings can be resized. Resizing is $40 and typically takes about 4 weeks. To request resizing before your piece ships, email elizabeth@elizabethngo.com with the piece and your size.
